MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Strong technical background in Electrical Engineering with focus on power management. At minimum a BSEE is required, and an MSEE is preferred.
- Minimum of 5years related FAE (AE) experience designing in power management products at Tier1 accounts.
- Effective presenter that can lead in-depth technical discussions with key customers and the ability to present technical features and benefits of Richtek products.
- Professional attitude with the ability to prioritize a dynamic list of multiple tasks. Able to plan and prepare for customer meetings in advance with team members and able to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Timely with external and internal responses, assigned action item follow-up and project documentation.
- Expected travel to support customers.
