1.Conduct research and development of new test methods such as high current & high accuracy testing methods.
2.Manage tester supplier evaluation and engagement
3.Market Intelligence Analysis
4.Coordinate cross-organization tasks
Qualification:
1. Capable of Product Test Development for both Analog and Digital Testing.
2. Understanding of System Application Spec
3. Experiences in multiple Tester Platforms for Analog Testing
4. Experiences as a Test Team Manager for Test Program Development in Foundry, OSAT, or Fabless Companies
5. minimum 10 yes experiences in Test Development
6. Expert in C++, Visual Basic, Excel
7. M.S. or above in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
