Employee Referral Policy
Eligibility
All full-time employees of Richtek USA, Inc. are eligible to participate in the employee referral award program except the following:
• officers and directors of the Company.
• individuals whose primary job responsibilities include the function of recruitment.
• a department head or an individual in supervisory position as pertains to a candidate for a direct reporting position in the same department.
• individuals who are contractually obligated to a prior employer through an employment agreement to refrain from directly or indirectly recruiting the prior employer’s employees. The Company requires that each employee fulfill his or her contractual obligations to a prior employer. Accordingly, no cash reward will be paid for referrals made in violation of an employee’s contractual obligations to a prior employer.
