工作內容：
1.Provide experienced leadership to the Device Engineering team. Identify areas of growth for team members and drive improvement. Enable the team to understand and take ownership of the customer experience vision.
2.Define device improvement roadmap and setup platform with cross functional teams to identify and rollout improvement measures / projects.
3.Owns and address technology issues (process weaknesses, instabilities, marginalities), with improvement plans, together with the Integration team.
4.Hands-on HV/BCD power device physics and understanding of IC technologies in the marketplace (especially High Voltage, Analog, Mixed Signal BCD processes) and transferring that knowledge to others.
5.Hands-on HV/BCD large array device design and optimization.
6.Familiar with device analysis methodology and help integration engineer and reliability engineer solving problems.
職缺需求：
1.10+ yrs. experience in Semiconductor industry as a process/device domains.
2.Experience and deep understanding of BCD process technology and LDMOS device physics is a must for this position.
3.Able to handle projects and strategic activities independently and execute them successfully.
4.Success in this position requires an ability to provide vision to a team and continually encourage, challenge, and motivate action. Excellent communication skills and technical understanding will allow the indirect influence across functional disciplines required to succeed.
5.Familiar with process integration would be a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills along with well-developed interpersonal skills to influencing others.
