工作內容：
• Hands-on HV/BCD power device physics and understanding of IC technologies in the marketplace (especially High Voltage, Analog, Mixed Signal BCD processes) and transferring that knowledge to others.
• Hands-on HV/BCD device TCAD simulation, testers design , experimental and analysis.
• Hands-on HV/BCD large array device design and optimization
• Hands on HV/BCD characterization and documentation.
• Familiar with device analysis methodology and help integration engineer and reliability engineer solving problems
• Acting as a coach and mentor within the technical environment, seen as a technical role model.
• 6+ yrs experience in Semiconductor industry as a process/device engineer including 3+ yrs. experience in BCD device engineer.
• Experience and deep understanding of BCD process technology and LDMOS device physics is a must for this position.
•Able to handle projects and strategic activities independently and execute them successfully.
• Well hands-on EDA tool such as layout edit/view and TCAD simulation. If well known as R3D, that would be plus.
• Familiar with ESD protection would be plus
• Familiar with power management IC product topology would be plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills along with well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills
